The app is crashing on trying to upgrade to unlimited. Its taking way too long for this to be authorized. Id rather pay up front than have to deal with this.

Easier than Dragon Dictation.

Does what it says. Worth the few bucks or whatever it costs to use unlimited.

My keyboard is going to collect dust now. Its just way too easy to use this. Ive even been stress testing it by talking fast, using it in a noisy room, etc. and this thing just wont break! Awesome job Scott! Ill send my friends!

This is such a sweet idea! Ive been searching for years for a decent dictation app and asking my colleagues. Dragon and others simply havent been able to cut it. Ive often switched back to my iphone just to quickly and easily dictate emails even though Im sitting in front of my Win8 tablet because Siri just understands my voice better. This is a hit! Im so excited Hanselman and Greg teamed up for this. :)

I hope to change my review because this is a great idea. Cannot get it to work with my iPhone 5 and Windows 8 laptop for MS Word or Outlook.

I have to do monthly contact notes. Worked great for me last month. Tried using it today and NOTHING!!! super sad about this.

Very well designed. Responding to emails in the morning is now fun :)

My son is a creative storyteller but he hates to write. His teacher two years ago suggested we have him dictate to the computer but the software available worked poorly and caused more problems than it solved. MyEcho works awesome and the stories are flowing out of his imagination and into Microsoft Word. Thank you for making this app.

It just works better than the Windows speech recognition.

I just broke my wrist this past weekend and wanted to try dictation for writing documents and e-mail. Though it lacks features like application control, Im able to use myEcho to dictate text very well, even on machines Im remoting in to. The pairing process was efficient and painless. Id love to see a Mac companion app.

If you own a Surface device and an iPhone, you MUST own this. It is really worth it for anyone with a Windows PC and an iPhone, but for those of you with Surface Pro, it is essential.

Granted, the voice dictation on even the most recent iOS update are often frustrating. But, its useful enough forget a quick text and emails. Using this app you can, in real time, send Voice dictation to your PC. I sometimes use this to dictate long email. But sometimes its still faster to write them be a keyboard. Definitely now, its great to have this as an option.

I was skeptical to pay two dollars for this app but I took a chance and it could not have been easier to set up. It works as advertised and is great in that it allows you to get further value out of the powerful dictation on the iPhone. Although windows and OS X on Mac are quite comparable in many regards, its great to be able to benefit from OS Xs superior, Nuance-powered voice dictation despite using a Windows device. Until Windows improves its voice dictation offerings, myEcho is my go-to app for desktop voice dictation.

This seems like it would be complicated, but the solution is incredibly simple and works great. Glad I didnt spend the $$$ on a big name dictation package!

This is my first review for any app. It works perfectly and saves me quite a bit of time typing email into my windows PC. I will use this daily. A+
